More answers about Player/Playback (AP) or:
A Web Object on a Web server will always play when viewed in the Articulate Player. However, if you're trying to insert a local HTML page from your computer as a Web Object, your slide may appear blank. This is due to increased browser security in Windows XP Service Pack 2, which includes restrictions about viewing local HTML content.
This will affect viewing of your local Web Object even if you're not using Windows XP SP2, and typically only affects local playback via Internet Explorer, not Firefox.
You can get around this by removing the following line of code:
<!-- saved from url=(0014)about:internet -->
...from line 4 of your player.html file.See also: Web Objects
If you're using Articulate Presenter 4 or earlier, Web Objects will only display in Internet Explorer and will not work in Mozilla-based browsers such as Firefox.
This issue may also be related to increased security in Flash Player.
